Why Should YOU Train?

Benefits of Training

The benefits of exercise are truly endless. From keeping your heart and brain healthy, to boosting your energy and mood, you're always doing good for yourself when you exercise.

Specifically, both Resistance (strength) and Endurance (cardio) training reap the following benefits:

  • increases overall strength

  • keeps your muscles and bones active and strong

  • decreases risk of cardiovascular disease

  • increases bone density and reduces risk of osteoporosis

  • improves mental health issues such as: depression and anxiety (Hart, P and Buck, D. 2019)

  • increases metabolism (Morici et al., 2010)


Exercise shouldn't be dreadful, and you shouldn't have to do it on your own.
